Job summary

Walden Security is currently recruiting experienced Court Security Officers (CSOs) to provide armed security to courthouses under the USMS contract. This role demands vigilance and readiness to respond to incidents.

Essential duties include entrance control, roving patrols, stationary posts, court escort duties, traffic control, and incident reporting. A verified law enforcement background and clean driving record are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 5 years).
• Must have completed or graduated from certified law enforcement training academy and provide proof.

Responsibilities

• Perform entrance control and screen for weapons/contraband.
• Roaming patrol of court facilities and grounds.
• Stand stationary posts and monitor CCTV, duress alarms, and security devices.
• Provide armed escort services for judges and court personnel when directed.
• Direct traffic and manage court facility parking and lights as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents and contract performance.
