Walden Security is actively recruiting experienced Court Security Officers (CSOs) to provide armed security for courthouses under the USMS contract. Essential duties include entrance control, roving patrols, stationary post assignments, and escort duties for judges and court personnel.

Requirements include a GED or high school diploma, at least three years as a certified law enforcement officer, English proficiency, a valid driver's license with a clean record, DOJ clearance, and successful

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of verifiable experience as a certified law enforcement officer within the last 7 years; must include general arrest authority.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record for past 5 years; DOJ clearance required.
• Must have completed or graduated from certified law enforcement training academy and provide proof.
• Must be at least 21 years old; able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must meet medical standards set by US Marshals Service; reasonable accommodations available.

Responsabilidades

• Perform entrance control with security screening.
• Roaming patrol of court facilities and grounds.
• Stationary post assignments including courtrooms and judge chambers.
• Provide armed escort services for judges and court personnel.
• Direct traffic and control lights on facility properties.
• Enforce federal law and protect government personnel and property.
• Prepare reports on labor hours, incidents, and safety concerns.
• Secure unattended courtrooms and test security devices before proceedings.
• Maintain courtroom security and enforce local rules on prohibited items.
