Volkert, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager/Team Leader to lead Arkansas engineering operations and drive growth across the Gulf Region. You will oversee design and delivery of transportation projects, build client relationships, and lead a talented team through complex, high-impact work.

The role emphasizes profitability, design issue resolution, and active involvement in project troubleshooting. Extensive leadership, resource development, and business development activities are expected.

Qualificações

• B.S. in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited program.
• Licensed Arkansas P.E. certification.
• 10+ years in transportation/roadway, municipal, or water/wastewater.
• 5+ years of management of engineering staff.
• Proficiency with OpenRoads Designer.
• Ability to produce/design deliverables and manage projects.
• Experience with ARDOT.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Principal in Charge for all engineering design across Arkansas offices with marketing and operations.
• Grow services, clients, and geographic footprint.
• Lead client relationships and contract management.
• Recruit, develop and retain staff.
• Drive transportation projects to meet financial and technical targets.
• Write winning proposals and participate in interviews.
• Negotiate contracts and own work planning.
• Supervise project execution and deliverables.
• Deliver standout technical presentations.
• Support marketing and business development.
