We’re partnering with a growing player in the industrial packaging space looking for a technical-yet-personable Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the Inland Empire. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven sales role for someone who thrives on solution selling, building trust, and translating complex concepts into clear value.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Manage and grow a territory of manufacturing and distribution clients
  2. Lead with insight: sell value over price in longer-cycle deals
  3. Work cross-functionally with plant floor operators, managers, and corporate stakeholders
  4. Use your analytical skills to navigate spreadsheets, technical platforms, and data
  5. Have 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or packaging
