Responsibilities

• License Qualification and Maintenance: Serve as the designated license holder/qualifier for Arizona, meeting all personal qualifications as required by state laws (e.g., exams, work experience).
• Compliance with State Regulations: Act as the primary point of contact for state regulatory agencies regarding license-related matters.
• Representation and Accountability: Represent the company during audits, inspections, or inquiries by state licensing boards.
• Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure proper documentation is submitted for licensing purposes.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all license-related documentation, including application materials, certificates, and correspondence with state boards.
• License Compliance Audits and Reporting: Participate in periodic internal audits to confirm compliance with licensing regulations.
• Training and Development: Stay current with state-specific licensing requirements through professional development, continuing education, or re-certification.
