The License Holder/Qualifier serves as the designated representative and licensed qualifier for the company in specific states, ensuring compliance with all state licensing regulations. As the named license holder, this individual is responsible for meeting qualification requirements, maintaining the license, and serving as the liaison between the company and state regulatory agencies. Key Responsibilities:

1. License Qualification and Maintenance:
   • Serve as the designated license holder/qualifier for Arizona, meeting all personal qualifications as required by state laws (e.g., exams, work experience).
