Job summary

Bumble Bee Home Services in Phoenix, AZ is creating an in-house electrical department and seeks a qualified Licensed Electrician to lead it. You’ll serve as the qualifying party for our Arizona ROC license and help shape this new chapter.

Responsibilities include supervising electrical work, ensuring NEC/Arizona codes, mentoring apprentices, pulling permits, and building the department’s price book and inventory systems. Excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed electrician in Arizona or credentials to qualify as the qualifying party for the AZ ROC license.
• Minimum 4 years of electrical experience; residential service experience preferred.
• Strong safety mindset with attention to detail and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the qualifying party for Bumble Bee Home Services' AZ ROC electrical contractor license; supervise work and ensure code compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve residential electrical issues professionally and efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems: wiring, outlets, breakers, service panels.
• Ensure work meets NEC and AZ local codes and safety standards.
• Pull permits and coordinate with inspectors as needed.
• Mentor electrical technicians and apprentices; provide technical guidance.
• Help build the electrical department: develop department price book, oversee truck builds and stock organization, assist inventory setup.
• Attend team meetings and trainings; perform other duties as needed.
