Job summary

ECC Exteriors, LLC in Scottsdale, Arizona seeks an experienced Sales Executive to grow the book of business across exterior renovation projects. This role emphasizes relationship-based, consultative selling, nationwide within Arizona and adjacent states, reporting to regional leadership.

You will drive revenue across roofing, coatings, painting, siding, and related exterior scopes, while traveling as needed and building strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales experience in construction, exterior renovations, or related industry.
• Direct experience with large-scale exterior projects (multifamily, HOA, commercial, or hospitality).
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a regional sales territory.
• Ability to travel throughout the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close exterior renovation opportunities across Arizona and surrounding states.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, asset managers, HOAs, general contractors, and developers.
• Sell complex, large-scale renovation projects including roofing, coatings, painting, siding, and related exterior scopes.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients from opportunity to contract execution.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and manage accounts for long-term growth.
• Coordinate handoff from sales to operations teams and work with estimating and operations to ensure competitive proposals.
• Track activities, pipeline, and forecasts; meet or exceed revenue targets.
