Job summary

Reliance Commercial Construction, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for tenant improvements and ground-up projects across Arizona.

This field-based role requires strong leadership, proactive communication, and a commitment to staying on schedule and budget. You will coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and RCC management, manage the project schedule, and ensure safety and quality across diverse commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Proven track record of completing jobs on time and leading teams.
• Confident communicator who informs all stakeholders.
• Capable of managing multiple subs/trades independently.
• Solid scheduling knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities for assigned projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and quality.
• Coordinate with Owner, Architect, Subcontractors, Inspectors, RCC Management.
• Maintain and execute the project schedule.
• Organize, schedule, and manage site equipment and resources.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Project Administrator on cost control.
