Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful superintendent experience with a commercial builder.
• Strong background in scheduling, field supervision, safety, and quality control.
• Experience in commercial construction including tenant improvements and ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all field personnel and construction activities.
• Promote and enforce job site safety.
• Maintain consistent communication with senior management.
• Develop and update project schedules.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Oversee site coordination and daily workflow.
• Review and understand project documents.
• Perform daily job walks and monitor workmanship.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with contracts.
• Support project teams with communication and collaboration.
• Maintain organized and safe job sites.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook)

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred

30-hour OSHA certification

Current CPR certification

LEED AP or LEED training preferred
