Job summary

Reliance Commercial Construction, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for tenant improvements and ground-up projects across Arizona.

This field-based role requires strong leadership, proactive communication, and a commitment to staying on schedule and budget. You will coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and RCC management, manage the project schedule, and ensure safety and quality across diverse commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Proven track record of completing jobs on time and leading teams.
• Confident communicator who informs all stakeholders.
• Capable of managing multiple subs/trades independently.
• Solid scheduling knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

Are you a driven and experienced Superintendent ready to take ownership of commercial projects from start to finish? Reliance Commercial Construction is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead job-site operations for tenant improvement and ground-up projects across Arizona.

What You’ll Be Doing:

What You Bring to the Table:
