The role requires strong plan-reading skills and effective coordination with project teams to ensure on-time completion of commercial construction projects.

Applicants should have a B.S. in construction management and OSHA 30 certification, with 4+ years of supervisory experience in commercial construction.

Qualifications

• B.S. in construction management or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training required.
• 4+ years of commercial construction field experience with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field construction activities on the jobsite.
• Ensure overall safety of the jobsite and implement safety plans.
• Review documents, submittals and schedule to determine scope and manpower.
• Plan layout of the jobsite and coordinate site logistics with project team.
• Direct field engineers and ensure dimensional control and surveys are correct.
