Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage jobsite including subcontractors and quality control.
• Create and maintain schedules and daily reports.
• Resolve issues promptly and fairly.

Skills

5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects

Ability to manage the overall safety of the job site

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of computer programs including: Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Project

Education

Minimum of High school education or equivalent
