Job summary

Stanton for Congress is seeking a driven Political & Field Manager to build and lead outreach across Arizona's Fourth District and state-wide stakeholders. Based in Phoenix, you will engage elected officials, unions, and community groups to power our campaign.

You will coordinate partners and volunteers, staff events, and oversee endorsements while maintaining strict adherence to campaign finance rules and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid staff and field teams.
• Campaign experience preferred, Arizona-focused.

Responsibilities

• Execute political outreach strategy with senior staff.
• Maintain relationships with elected officials, groups, unions, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate partners, volunteers, and staff for voter-contact programs.
• Staff the candidate at political events and stakeholder meetings.
• Identify and cultivate endorsements and opportunities.
• Monitor Arizona political developments and campaigns budget rules.
