Job summary

Agave Strategy in Arizona is seeking an Entry Level Field Organizer for campaign work in AZ. The position is hourly at $25, requires evening/weekend hours, bilingual preferred.

You will canvass, tabling, phonebank and textbank with voters, report metrics, attend events, recruit volunteers, and coordinate with staff. Reliable transportation required and you may join staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Campaign field experience such as canvassing, community outreach or voter engagement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and reliability.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation.
