• Understanding of how voter files and digital advertising work together to reach specific voter audiences.
• Experience managing political consultants and vendors.
• Strong political judgment and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.
• Discretion handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain district political and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop district understanding to inform strategy and candidate engagement.
• Lead coalition engagement with staff and volunteers.
• Manage endorsements pipeline with deadlines and follow-ups.
• Coordinate targeted voter contact and digital communications.
• Oversee candidate staffing and campaign operations and scheduling.
