Job summary

GForce Life Sciences is seeking an Ariba Operations Specialist to support the Center of Excellence. You will enter and submit requisitions, contracts, supplier and sourcing requests for business users, ensuring all documentation is attached for processing.

In this role you will coordinate with sourcing and finance on codes, monitor workflows, provide status updates, and serve as the first point of contact for end users.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Ariba or other procurement platforms.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter and submit requisitions, contracts, supplier and sourcing requests.
• Gather documentation from business users for purchasing requests.
• Attach required documents (e.g., SOWs) prior to submission.
• Monitor requisition status across approval workflows and follow up with approvers.
• Maintain an up-to-date requisition tracker.
• Serve as first point of contact for end users needing assistance.
• Coordinate with sourcing and finance on codes and GL coding.
• Escalate stalled or non-compliant requests.
• Support data entry and validate reports and audit docs.
