Job summary

Lockheed Martin’s ARFF Integrator role at the Greenville site designs, delivers, and sustains comprehensive ARFF training programs, coordinating cross-functional training initiatives and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

This position serves as the central liaison between Lockheed Martin and the Donaldson Center Fire Department, guaranteeing ARFF readiness for aircraft operations and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or operations planning within high-risk environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team-based work experience.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Ability to understand NAS 3306, NFPA 402, 450, 1500, DFARS 252.228-7001, and related aerospace fire-protection standards.
• Instructional design, project management, strong written/oral communication, analytical risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects and coordinate between project management, planning, project team and line management.
• Review project status, budgets, schedules and prepare status reports.
• Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client-satisfaction goals.
• Develop mechanisms to monitor progress and enable intervention by managers and clients.
• Plan, schedule and execute ARFF drills, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
