Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or training operations in manufacturing or aerospace.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to facility access requirements.
• Experience with curriculum management software.

Responsibilities

• Training integration and master training plan management.
• Oversee learning plan creation, scheduling, and tracking.
• Ensure timely employee participation and completion of required training.
• Monitor day-to-day training project execution and provide status reports.
• Coordinate with Factory Training & Field Training and Production Operations leadership.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain productivity and quality.
• Capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.
• Prepare data-driven status reports and presentations for leadership.
