The Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF) Integrator serves as the central focal point between Lockheed Martin and the Donaldson Center Fire Department (DCFD). This role designs, delivers, and sustains comprehensive ARFF training programs, coordinates cross-functional training initiatives, and guarantees compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and safety requirements - including NAS 3306, DFARs clauses, and Service Guidance. The Integrator ensures that ARFF capabilities and facility fire-response services continuously meet or exceed LM's mission-critical aircraft operations at the Greenville site.

Key responsibilties include conducting aircraft-specific ARFF training fir DCFD, Medcom, and local emergency responders. Creating curriculum, lesson plans, practical exercises, and evaluation metrics. Maintaining a training calendar and tracking certification status of all participants, to include metrics for leadership. Verifying that all contractural ARFF coverage requirements are satisfied. Planning, scheduling, and executing quarterly and annual ARFF drills, tabletop exercises, and live-fire demonstrations. Performing periodic drills/exercises to confirm response capability for F-16, C-130 (or other) aircraft emergencies and conducting after-action reviews, capturing lessons learned, and implementing corrective actions. Validating that ARFF equipment, vehicles, and apparatus are serviceable and meet required staffing levels.

Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Basic Qualifications

• Project management or operations planning experience within a complex, high-risk environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in a team enviornment.
• Active Secret Clerarance or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Ability to understand NAS 3306, NFPA 402, 450, 1500, DFARS 252.228-7001, and related aerospace fire-protection standards.
• Instructional design, project management, strong written/oral communication, analytical risk assessment.

Desired Skills

• 2 years or more of progressive experience in ARFF operations, fire-service training, or aerospace fire protection; proven ability to work with municipal fire departments and coordinate joint training programs.
• Certified Firefighter I/II (or equivalent); NFPA 400/405/750 certifications
• FAA ARFF certification or equivalent and prior involvement in FAA-regulated ARFF training programs.
• Hands-on experience with ARFF vehicles, foam systems, and fire-suppression equipment.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
