Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operation of the Adult Residential Facility (ARF).
• Ensure compliance with California CCL, Title 22 and Title 17 regulations, Regional Center requirements, and laws.
• Oversee resident care, supervision, and IPP-aligned services.
• Coordinate medical, dental, therapy, referrals, and follow-up care.
• Supervise recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Maintain staff qualifications, background clearances, and required training.
• Ensure proper medication handling, documentation, and orders.
• Oversee facility operations: menus, supplies, maintenance, safety.
• Manage resident funds, expenses, and receipts with proper records.
• Prepare for inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain records, reports, and timely notifications to authorities and Owner.
• Remain on call 24/7 and respond promptly to emergencies.
