Job summary

DECC Suites staff are responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to suite holders and renters during events at AMSOIL Arena. You will set up, serve, and assist with cleanup, while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, cash handling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced venue environment. This is a part-time, event-driven position with afternoon/evening weekend shifts and some weeknights/holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Basic math skills and cash handling skills required.
• Ability to use a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to ensure a high level of customer service
• Ability to stand and move quickly throughout the complex.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality while serving food and beverages to all suite holders and single game renters during events at the DECC in AMSOIL Arena.
• Perform prompt customer service and speak courteously to determine guests’ needs.
• Assist with catering functions and additional serving/bartending duties as required.
• Review event sheets to ensure proper setup; operate the POS to place orders and process payments.
