Job summary

Aramark is seeking Suite Attendants to provide premium guest service at events in the United States. You will take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and address guest needs with a focus on safety and compliance.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include stocking suites, maintaining cleanliness, replenishing items upon request, and adhering to alcohol service policies.

Qualifications

• Requires prior experience as a server or suite attendant.
• Demonstrates excellent guest service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety principles; able to obtain food safety certification.
• Must obtain alcohol service certifications where required.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock suites with food, beverage, and products per orders.
• Maintain suite appearance and cleanliness during events.
• Replenish products during events on guest request.
• Adhere to alcohol service policies and verify IDs.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and offerings.
• Break down and clean post-event.
• Return equipment to storage.
• Inventory products at end of each event.
• Follow safety policies and sanitation practices.
• Ensure security of company assets.
