Job summary

Aramark is seeking Suite Attendants to take guest orders and serve food and beverages during events, delivering a premium guest service experience.

You will stock suites, maintain cleanliness, and assist guests with requests while following Aramark safety and alcohol service policies. This position requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with prior serving/suite experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires experience as a server, suite attendant, or related role.
• Demonstrates excellent guest service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
• Must obtain food safety and state/local alcohol service certifications.
• Maintains friendly, efficient guest service demeanor toward guests and coworkers.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensures suites are stocked with proper food, beverage, and products based on orders.
• Maintains appearance and cleanliness of suite and food service areas during events.
• Replenishes food and beverage products upon guests' requests.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks guests' identification.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and other offerings.
• Breaks down and cleans food service areas and equipment post event.
• Returns equipment to proper storage area.
• Inventories product at end of each event.
• Adheres to safety policies including food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.
