ARAMARK is seeking Suite Attendants to deliver premium guest service at events. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure suites are stocked and clean throughout the event.

Face-to-face guest interaction, ID checks for alcohol, and adherence to safety policies are key. This role requires adaptability to varying client requirements and busy event environments. Training may be provided. Opportunities arise across multiple locations.

Formación

• Requires previous experience as a server, suite attendant, or related role.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and adaptability to events.
• Knowledge of food safety principles and procedures is preferred.
• Ability to obtain proper alcohol service certifications if required.

Responsabilidades

• Take guest orders and serve food and beverages according to guest requests.
• Stock suites with food, beverage, and products before and during events.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of suites and service areas.
• Replenish product and respond to guests' requests during events.
• Adhere to alcohol service policies and check IDs.
• Learn menu items and other offerings; ensure safe food handling.
• Break down service areas post event and return equipment to storage.
• Inventory products and ensure security of company assets.
