Job summary

Ball Arena is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee daily stewarding operations during high-volume events, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety in kitchen and back-of-house areas.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will lead stewarding staff, manage equipment/inventory, and ensure HACCP compliance while supporting fast-paced operations across sports, concerts, and private functions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of stewarding or kitchen operations experience in high-volume venues.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety, and workplace safety practices.
• Experience supporting large-scale events and fast-paced service environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stewarding operations during events (games, concerts, functions).
• Coordinate staffing and assignments based on event schedules and projections.
• Ensure timely cleaning, resetting, and distribution of dishware, glassware, and equipment.
• Support culinary teams to maintain smooth back-of-house operations at peak times.
• Assist with post-event breakdown, cleaning, and reset for upcoming events.
