Job summary

Legends|ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, seeks a Dishwasher Lead at Long Beach Amphitheater to supervise daily stewarding operations and ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in a fast-paced venue.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will lead stewarding teams across concerts, games, and private events, manage inventory, and uphold HACCP and health regulations while guiding staff development and performance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of stewarding or kitchen operations experience in high-volume venues.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stewarding operations during events (games, concerts, functions).
• Coordinate staffing based on event schedules and volume.
• Ensure timely cleaning, setup, and distribution of dishware and equipment.
• Lead and develop stewarding staff; assist with scheduling and onboarding.
• Monitor sanitation, PPE use, and health standards.
