Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager for our sports and entertainment venue in Evanston, IL. You will oversee cleaning/janitorial staff, including managers, supervisors, leads, and contract labor, reporting to the District Manager.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating daily housekeeping, event cleanup, staffing, budgeting, safety, and vendor oversight.

Qualifications

• Client relationships experience with external partners or vendors.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Employee management experience across multi-tier teams.
• Budget management responsibilities relevant to facilities ops.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates all cleaning operations including daily housekeeping, event cleaning and post-event (night) cleaning services.
• Trains, plan, schedules and assigns full and part-time employees.
• Liaison between Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group and the Arena Management Team to oversee cleaning ops and sub-contractors.
• Ensures an effective, cost-efficient operation by preparing and maintaining the budget.
• Develops and implements SOPs and an effective preventative maintenance program.
• Oversees safety standards, HR concerns, payroll, and labor reports as needed.
• Attends internal/external meetings and represents the company.
