Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group seeks an experienced Site Operations Manager for our Atlanta venue. You will oversee cleaning operations, staff, and third-party contractors to ensure efficient, high-quality service.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will manage budgets, safety standards, and HR matters while coordinating with arena leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences at events and on non-event days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience managing employees in a facilities or service operations setting.
• Experience in cleaning/janitorial operations is valued.
• Ability to work extended hours, including events.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates all cleaning operations for daily, event, and post-event needs.
• Trains and schedules full- and part-time staff.
• Liaises with Arena Management and oversees vendors/sub-contractors.
• Prepares and maintains the budget and cost records.
• Develops SOPs and a preventative maintenance program.
• Supervises managers to ensure high-quality service and safety.
