Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group in Savannah, GA is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee cleaning and janitorial operations and staff at our venue. The role reports to the District Manager and collaborates with arena management.

You will manage housekeeping personnel, including managers, supervisors, leads, and event staffing, coordinate third-party subcontractors, plan budgets, and ensure OSHA safety standards and high quality service.

Qualifications

• Client relationships with stakeholders; customer service oriented.
• Experience managing teams of supervisors, leads, and staff.
• Budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates all aspects of the cleaning operations, including daily housekeeping services, event cleaning services and post event (night) cleaning services.
• Trains, plans, schedules and assigns full and part-time employees.
• Liaison between the group and Arena Management to oversee cleaning operations, including third-party subcontractors.
• Ensures an effective, cost-efficient operation by preparing and maintaining the budget.
• Establishes, reviews, and maintains financial procedures, methods, accounts, and control records.
• Develops and implements standard operating procedures; includes preventative maintenance.
• Ensures the highest quality service to the facility by establishing goals and supervising managers.
• Maintains logs and reports and provides required documentation.
• Maintains equipment and supplies inventory and procurement levels.
• Keeps cost records and coordinates cost estimates and settlements.
• Establishes safety standards and OSHA compliance; organizes training and safety programs.
• Attends internal and external meetings and represents the company as needed.
• Oversees HR concerns including hiring, interviewing, payroll, and labor reports.
