Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience.
• 60 credit hours of college coursework or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with POS, purchasing and inventory systems.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams without direct reporting.
• Excellent communication across levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in sports/theatre operations or event planning preferred.
• Experience managing union staff preferred.

Aufgaben

• Accountable for daily supervision and leadership of front-line colleagues in premium F&B outlets such as suites, lounges, clubs, restaurant, and catering; maintains a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment; oversees event-related custodial operations.
• Completes front-line staff assignments consistent with event staffing levels and escalates shortages.
• Manages content and delivery of pre-shift meetings; communicates event-related information and ensures staff follow event instructions.
• Ensures front-line staff compliance of policies and local/state regulations
• Manages daily physical inventory; completes monthly inventory counts.
• Identifies and recommends solutions to departmental challenges.
• Addresses customer concerns, feedback, and suggestions; offers recovery solutions and escalates as appropriate.
• Promotes a team-first atmosphere by collaborating with multiple departments; partners with culinary team to ensure food quality.
• Models company values with a positive attitude and high energy while achieving objectives.
• Ensures staff are engaged, upbeat, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Provides consistent feedback to staff through coaching and mentoring.
