Compass Group-Levy sector is seeking a Premium Club Supervisor to lead premium guest experiences at the Delta Center for Utah Jazz & Mammoth events. You will supervise food, beverage, and meal service in premium club areas, oversee daily event operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires dependable, professional, guest-focused leadership, ready to coordinate with Culinary, Bar, and service teams to ensure high standards and polished service

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, premium service, or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level supervision of food, beverage, and meal service in premium club areas.
• Support event-day production, setup, service, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure high-quality, well-presented food and beverages served within time frames.
• Review menus, production needs, staffing, and service expectations before events.
• Monitor team members to ensure standards are followed.
• Assist with coaching, training, and accountability to Levy service standards.
• Enforce food-safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol-service, and workplace-safety standards.
