Qualifications

• Flexible, calm, organized during high-volume events.
• Must obtain Utah Food Handler Permit and alcohol service cert.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concession stands, carts, and portable locations.
• Train, motivate, and support concession staff at events.
• Ensure friendly service, efficient operations, and policy compliance.
• Monitor food quality, inventory, and POS accuracy.
• Open/close procedures, setup, restocking, and cleaning.
• Maintain clean, safe concession areas and enforce safety rules.
• Communicate needs with leadership and other teams.
• Support games and events across Delta Center.
