Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creativity and willingness to contribute to menu development are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook high‑quality dishes including appetizers, entrees, desserts, and other premium items.
• Follow recipes, production guidelines, and food‑safety standards.
• Assist with menu execution to ensure quality, freshness, and accuracy.
• Set up and break down the club kitchen for events and service periods.
• Monitor food quality, temperature, freshness, and presentation during service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and workstation.
• Support inventory by monitoring ingredients and notifying supervisors of low stock.
• Collaborate with the Culinary team to improve menu items and ideas.
• Follow Levy, Delta Center, and safety procedures; provide professional service.
