Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL in Stockton oversees the Adventist Health Arena operations, with a focus on profit, safety, and guest experience. The role ensures alignment with strategic goals across Finance, Booking, F&B, Events, and HR, driving performance and organizational excellence.

The Assistant General Manager leads multiple departments, develops budgets, analyzes data, and negotiates contracts to deliver top-tier experiences for events and performances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including 3+ years in a management role within an arena/theater or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple departments and partner with leaders to evaluate performance, improve processes, and implement strategic initiatives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive business outcomes.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, promoters, and tenants.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Lead and mentor staff; act as General Manager when needed.
• Plan, budget, and evaluate capital projects and facility upgrades.
