Job summary

Legends is seeking an Operations Manager for Pechanga Arena San Diego to oversee daily venue operations, facilities and event support. You will supervise staff, coordinate with departments, and ensure safety, maintenance and service quality for events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong leadership in a fast-paced venue environment. U.S. work authorization and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 4+ years supervisory/management in public assembly facilities.
• Experience managing venue operations including event conversion, maintenance, and staff scheduling.
• Knowledge of safety, risk management, and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of operations for events and daily venue activities.
• Supervise full-time union staff, train employees, and manage payroll/attendance processes.
