Hornets-Basketball LLC is seeking a friendly, dependable Merchandise Associate for the Greensboro Swarm home games during the 2025-26 season. You will greet fans, assist with merchandise, and help run promotions in an arena retail environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, strong customer service, high energy, and weekend/game-night availability. You’ll stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and contribute to a positive game-day experience for supporters.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers and offers assistance with merchandise
• Engages fans and assists with promotions
• Directs customers to racks and counters and suggests items
• Provides product information and helps customers make selections
• Processes sales, exchanges, and returns on POS system
• Maintains fully stocked store front and trailer and helps meet sales goals
