Job summary

The Akins Ford Arena, operated by The Classic Center, seeks a Guest Services Attendant to join the team. You will help guests locate seats, answer questions, resolve issues, and work with Premium Seating staff to create a welcoming, safe environment for all attendees.

Responsibilities include assisting with entry, seating, and front-of-house activities, while maintaining awareness of arena policies and safety considerations. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred; passion for customer service required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stay active and on your feet throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch guest service at arena events (sports, shows, private gatherings).
• Assist guests with seating and address questions to meet needs.
• Collaborate with Guest Services Manager and ushers to ensure smooth operations.
