Job summary

Milwaukee Bucks is seeking a part-time Guest Service Representative to support guests at the Fiserv Forum and Deer District. You will greet attendees, check tickets, direct seating, and assist with mobility needs in a fast-paced, high-profile venue.

Responsibilities include enforcing conduct policies, answering questions, and helping guests navigate the arena during events. Union-represented role with on-site work and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older is required.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment with diverse guests.
• Able to memorize venue layout to assist guests.
• Be available to work a majority of events each month.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with entry and tickets.
• Direct guests to seats and respond to questions and concerns.
• Enforce arena guest code of conduct and assist in deescalation when needed.
• Operate elevators as required and assist guests with mobility needs.
• Provide directions, information, and respond to common inquiries.
• Assist with pre-event setup and post-event cleanup.
