Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance of Toyota Arena and oversee HVAC, ice plant, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems. You will supervise a team of maintenance and ice technicians, ensuring safe, efficient operation and preventative maintenance programs.

Under the Director of Operations, you will coordinate ice scheduling, manage energy usage, and maintain high standards for facility reliability during events, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance, with at least 2 years in an arena, ice rink, or sports facility with an active ice plant.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with ice plant refrigeration systems and ice technician operations.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with HVAC systems and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and schedule a team of maintenance technicians and ice technicians; conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Oversee preventative maintenance across building systems and ensure compliance with factory specs.
• Coordinate ice scheduling with tenants and events; manage ice resurfacing operations and equipment.
