Job summary

Legends Global at the Toyota Arena is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance and the ice plant operations. You will supervise maintenance technicians and ice technicians, ensuring all building systems are safe, reliable, and compliant with industry standards.

The role focuses on HVAC, ice plant and refrigeration systems, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and preventative maintenance, with oversight of safety programs and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities maintenance with supervisory experience; arena/ice facility experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ice plant refrigeration systems and ice technician operations.
• Demonstrated experience with HVAC systems and mechanical equipment.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and ice technicians; conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance, safety, and facility operations to ensure compliance with codes.
• Manage ice plant operations, refrigeration systems, and ice resurfacing equipment.
• Coordinate with HR on scheduling, training, and discipline as needed.
• Maintain daily maintenance logs and end-of-shift reports; manage work orders.
