Job summary

Legends Global, Toyota Arena in Ontario, CA, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance and keep the arena in optimal condition. You will supervise maintenance technicians and ice technicians to ensure safe, efficient operation of all systems.

The role focuses on HVAC, ice plant, electrical, life-safety systems, and preventive maintenance, with building automation and energy management as core priorities. Strong arena experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ice plant refrigeration systems and ice technician operations.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems and mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of life safety and fire control systems; BAS and energy management.
• Ability to operate and maintain building automation systems and related software.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises and evaluates a team of maintenance technicians and ice technicians; conducts annual performance evaluations.
• Oversight of preventive maintenance across building systems to factory specs and Legends Global standards.
• Coordinate ice scheduling, ice quality requirements, and plant-related outages with tenants and events.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain detailed maintenance logs.
