Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance at Toyota Arena in Ontario, CA. This role will supervise maintenance and ice technicians, ensuring HVAC, ice plant, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems operate safely and efficiently.

Under the Director of Operations, you will manage work orders, uphold facility standards, and coordinate with event stakeholders to ensure reliable operations during games and events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in mechanical engineering, facilities management, or related field.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in large venues is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PM across building systems to ensure equipment meets factory specs and Legends Global standards.
• Directly supervise ice technicians and manage ice plant operations and resurfacing equipment.
• Schedule staff, conduct annual evaluations, and coordinate training and development.
• Ensure safety, CAL/OSHA compliance, and that safety policies are followed by all staff.
• Coordinate with tenants and events for ice scheduling and plant-related issues.
• Maintain detailed daily maintenance logs and end-of-shift reports.
