Qualifications

• 1–3 years in supervisory food & beverage roles.
• Effective communication with staff, guests, and management.
• Ability to supervise in fast-paced event settings.
• Valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required.
• Cash handling accuracy and basic math for POS.
• Knowledge of beverage service and alcohol policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concession location setup before doors.
• Train staff and volunteers; ensure service standards.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and timely service during events.
• Support Premium Services operations as needed.
• Address safety concerns and guest needs.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Maintain equipment operability and cleanliness.
