Job summary

Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Representative for the Frost Bank Center Box Office. You will sell tickets, fulfill will call orders, answer calls, and resolve ticketing issues to ensure a smooth fan experience.

Responsibilities include using the Ticketmaster system, organizing vouchers, and supporting guests with seating and accessibility questions. This role requires 18+, a HS diploma, and strong MS Office skills; bilingual English/Spanish is

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate the Ticketmaster ticket selling system under supervision.
• File and distribute all upcoming will call orders efficiently.
• Provide high levels of customer service and assist guests with seating, accessibility, and issue resolution.
• Organize and file ticket sales vouchers and stubs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
