Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee a team of regional sales directors and representatives to maximize revenue and exceed goals.
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue streams.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies.
• Provide coaching and support to help teams meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
