Job summary

You will lead a team of Directors and Account Managers, shaping strategies in clinical, reimbursement, health economics, and pricing to expand market presence for IVL technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years of top performance in medical device sales.
• 7+ years in Medical Device Market Access preferred; experience in Strategic/Corporate Accounts, Reimbursement or Health Policy.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with national strategic accounts across the US.
• Lead Directors and new account managers to drive growth and accountability.
• Oversee contract negotiations, pricing, and program implementation across designated accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Marketing, Operations and Contracts to maximize revenue.
