Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Marketing or Healthcare preferred.
• 5+ years of direct healthcare sales, home health or hospice.
• 2–4 years of sales management in multi-site or multi-territory settings.
• Experience with CRM/EMR and data tracking tools; proven KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate sales operations across territories, including pipeline development and referrals.
• Build and coach regional sales teams to meet admissions, census, and revenue goals.
• Design and execute market-specific sales strategies based on data trends.
• Maintain and grow referral networks with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs and other providers.
