Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking an Area Business Transient Sales Manager to drive revenue across Hilton Pennywell, Homewood Suites Galleria, and TownePlace Suites Brentwood. You will build relationships with local and regional businesses and target corporate, negotiated-rate, and extended-stay customers.

You will lead prospecting for new accounts, manage Local Negotiated Rate agreements, and present tailored solutions to meet clients’ travel needs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in hotel sales or B2B sales.
• Proven prospecting for new business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to travel between three hotels and client locations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new corporate and extended-stay accounts.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers.
• Grow production from negotiated accounts.
• Coordinate with hotel leadership and Revenue Management.
• Cross-sell across the three properties in the portfolio.
