IABA is hiring an Area Supervisor for ABA Supported Living Services in California. You will supervise staff, train caregivers, and oversee living-support services for adults with developmental disabilities in Los Angeles area.

The role includes on-call coverage, evenings/weekends, and some overnights. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6+ years of related experience; CPR/First Aid/ProAct certs within two weeks are required.

• Supervise direct support staff and senior staff
• Develop individual program plans and supervise implementation
• Provide direct support and emergency on-call coverage
• Train staff to teach independent life skills
• Maintain positive relationships with the people served
• Be available for on-call emergencies 24/7
• Support clients in daily routines including self-care and money management
